With Bec's parents visiting we drove 1.5hrs out of Canberra for a walk to a national park where a limestone cave which at some time had collapsed to make a 120m deep hole in the earth.
We were lucky enough to see the elusive lyre bird coming back from his afternoon feed. He approached the big hole and did a base jump dive in to the his home halfway down on the other side of the hole. Surreal moment to witness.
